Los Angeles, CA – June 1, 2011 – Bison Capital announced that it has sold its security holdings in Royal Wolf Holdings Limited (“Royal Wolf”), the largest provider of portable containers in Australia and New Zealand. Royal Wolf settled its initial public offering in Australia on May 31, 2011. Royal Wolf raised gross proceeds of A$91.5 million from the issue of 50 million new ordinary shares at a price of A$1.83 per share. The shares are traded on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol “RWH”.
Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Royal Wolf is the leading provider of portable storage containers, portable container buildings and freight containers in Australia and New Zealand. Royal Wolf operates customer service centers in every state in Australia, is represented in all major business centers in Australia and New Zealand, and is the only container leasing and sales company in Australia with a nationally integrated infrastructure and work force.
