Los Angeles, CA – June 15, 2007 – Bison
Capital is announcing a change in role for one of the firm’s
partners, Jim Hunt. Mr. Hunt has assumed the title
of Advisory Limited Partner, and will reduce his day-to-day
responsibilities at the firm. He will continue to contribute
to Bison in an advisory capacity with his primary responsibilities
to serve as CEO of THL Credit Partners, LP the credit investing
affiliate of Thomas H. Lee Partners, LP based in Boston.
“The prospects for Bison are bright,
and I am excited to continue working with the investment
team and contributing to the firm’s success,” Hunt
said.
“We will remain close business colleagues
with Jim and are looking forward to his continued involvement
in Bison, as well as the relational synergies we’ll
share with him in his new role,” said Bison partners
