Los Angeles, CA – August 31, 2011 – Bison Capital Equity Partners II, LP announced that it has sold its security holdings in Fyfe Group, LLC, in conjunction with the company’s sale of certain assets to Insituform Technologies, Inc. Fyfe Group is the pioneer and industry leader in the development and installation of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) systems for use in structural retrofitting and rehabilitation. The company has completed thousands of projects globally to retrofit and rehabilitate buildings, bridges, underground pipe, and various other structure types. The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in San Diego, CA with offices located throughout the United States and internationally.
