Los Angeles, CA – July 28, 2008 – Bison Capital Equity Partners II, LP announced its acquisition of BC² Environmental Corp., a leading provider of drilling services to the environmental and geotechnical markets within the Western United States. Bison Capital partnered with Kurt Samuelson, one of the Founders of BC² Environmental Corp. to purchase its assets from Precision Assessment Technology Corporation.
BC² Environmental Corp.’s services include soil sampling, groundwater and vapor well installation, direct push sampling and groundwater monitoring. The company performs complex site investigations and remediation projects for clients that include environmental consulting firms, real estate owners and developers, utilities, and municipalities. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Orange, CA.
