Peter Macdonald joined Bison Capital in 2009. Previously, Mr. Macdonald was a Managing Director of BlackRock Kelso Capital Management from 2006 to 2009. From 1994 until 2006, Mr. Macdonald was a Partner of Windward Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding Windward, Mr. Macdonald was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of CS First Boston. Mr. Macdonald currently serves on the boards of GTS Holdings, Inc. and Spokane Holdings, and was previously a member of the board of directors of numerous Windward and Bison portfolio companies, including The Center For Wound Healing, Inc., Mobile Storage Group, Inc., Monitronics International, Inc., Hollister-Stier Holdings, LLC, HCC Industries, Inc., Financial Pacific Company, Palace Entertainment, Inc., Charter Brokerage Services, LLC and Tycom Corporation. Mr. Macdonald received an MBA from The Wharton Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from the University of Southern California.
